Accessibility
We build this site to be usable with a keyboard, with assistive technology, and at high zoom levels.
Draft copy. This statement is proposed text prepared for review and has not yet been approved for publication.
The standard we target
We design and build against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We do not claim certification or third-party conformance assessment, and we do not treat automated scanning as proof of conformance.
What we do
- Semantic page structure, landmarks and a skip link to the main content.
- Keyboard access to every interactive control, with a visible focus indicator.
- Labelled form fields, field-level error messages and an error summary.
- Status messages announced without moving your focus.
- Respect for the reduced-motion setting in your operating system.
- Text alternatives for images, and a usable site without maps or video.
Known limitations
Testing across browsers, devices and screen readers is recorded as it is performed. Any check we have not yet run is recorded as unrun rather than claimed as passed.
Reporting a barrier
If something on this site prevents you from getting the information you need, please tell us through our contact form and describe the page and what happened. A dedicated assistance contact will be published here once it has been confirmed.
