We generally develop with the intention of owning. That changes the decisions made during development, because the consequences of a cheap detail return to us rather than to a buyer.
Management covers the ordinary work that keeps a centre functioning: maintenance, capital planning, lease administration, renewals, and the day-to-day relationship with tenants.
Not every property we manage is a property we own, and not every property we developed remains in the portfolio. Each property page states THF's actual relationship and whether it is current or historical.
